Bookings
To make a booking simply get in touch and let us know the dates you are interested in booking.
Arrival and departure dates are usually on a Saturday (and a minimum of a week's stay in peak season) but we are willing to be flexible outside of peak season (Peak season being March - Oct). Please contact us if you wish to arrive/depart on a different day and we'll do our best to accommodate you (subject to other bookings).
Deposits
A £100 deposit is payable two weeks before arrival and this will be refunded in full by bank transfer 7 days after your departure after a property inspection, and subject to no damages. Your £100 deposit will also be returned in full if you cancel a booking at the last minute (i.e. less than two weeks before arrival) however you will lose your £50 non-refundable booking deposit.
Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit per booking is taken at the time of booking; the remaining balance is then payable in full 4 weeks before arrival with our preferred method of payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
Please note the property is non-smoking. Wired smoke alarms are fitted in the cottage and they are very sensitive to smoke. If smoking is detected you'll be invoiced for additional cleaning costs.
We understand accidents do happen and the occasional plate or glass gets broken. However for larger damages (i.e. damage to furniture, including sofa/ upholstery staining) we reserve the right to withhold part or all of your deposit towards the cost of professional cleaning, repair or a replacement.
Our Prices
Prices vary depending on the time of year you want to stay (see below grid for approximate prices). Peak season runs from the beginning of March through to the end of October and costs more. Tip! a stay out of season is cheaper yet there's still lots to enjoy with beaches less crowded etc.
